Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags included (if applicable). If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges can be made for like items only (Example Large Men’s Sleeve Jersey to Small Men’s Sleeve Jersey) and must be within 30 days delivery window. If the item you would like to exchange is now out of stock, a refund will be processed in its place.
Although RAGBRAI Online Store does not charge additional fees for restocking or processing, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return or exchange an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
Once your return is received, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your return to process into our systems. If the return is approved, a notification will be sent that a refund was processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment within 10 business days. If you have yet to receive the refund within that timeframe, contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after contacting your bank or credit card provider, please email info@RAGBRAI.com
RAGBRAI monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
GIFTS
If you would like to return a gift, it is required that you provide the original order number for the online purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the transaction.
Damaged & Defective Item(s)
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact info@ragbrai.com. We are unable to accept damaged or defective goods until a claim has been submitted via email or contact form on RAGBRAI.com
Further instructions will be provided after we receive the claim. Replacements for damaged or defective goods are at the discretion of RAGBRAI Shop.
